Creative Circle - Assoicate Producer for Trailers (audio/visual)

Rate: $45K - 60K

A hot entertainment-advertising agency is looking for an Associate Producer.

You will be in charge of Creative Supervision, including creative changes, music searches, copywriting etc.
Working with clients on a daily basis, you will also focus on project coordination between graphics department and editorial as well as ensuring employees are complying with Confidentiality Agreements, vault security etc.

Other duties include: Coordination on project finishing, Script presentations, Storyboards, Continuity breakdowns, Auditioning and booking narration talent, Researching stock footage, Following through on billing, Fiber and more.

The Associate Producer should be aware and keep on top of the schedule on the 'fiber board'.  The Associate Producer should assist in booking, set up and follow-up as needed and also keep tech advised for billing purposes.

Additional Responsibilities may include a number of other tasks such as copying, placing calls for deliveries, if needed, doing pick ups and drop offs, helping locate materials, set up, supervise or 'goodnight' fibers and other occasional requests from management to help assist in managing a project and/or helping to organize the department.
