We are currently looking for a Creative Director for our Costa Mesa office. You will lead Rauxa?s creative team, including art directors, copywriters, designers and production artists, inspiring them to develop strong creative, challenging them to constantly ask themselves whether their work is their best.

You must also be organized, ensuring disciplines are in place so that the agency?s work will be delivered on time and to the correct specifications.

Our reputation is built upon selecting proven professionals to work in our vibrant, can-do environment. So, here are the qualities we are looking for in our Creative Director:
?At least 8 years direct marketing agency experience at a senior level ? Senior Art Director, Associate Creative Director, Creative Director or above.

?High level of understanding in art direction and graphic design, including page layout, typography and illustration;
?Very highly skilled and efficient in the use of QuarkXpress, Illustrator and Photoshop

?A creative yet strategic conceptualizer and thinker, able to develop many different ways of communicating a tight proposition on diverse content that ranges from financial services to telecommunications and travel/tourism
?Excellent understanding of direct marketing and database principles, along with knowledge of direct marketing production techniques
?A leader who inspires and motivates, and who can give clear and constructive direction to creative teams
?A very compelling presenter who is seen by the client and account teams as a strong yet realistic advocate of creative
?Proactive
