Creative Project Manager

Leading promotional agency in northern New Jersey, is looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to work alongside our Medical Illustration and Art Design departments. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Research complex medical topics for ideas, illustrations, and prescription details & interactionsTranslate research into creative promotional products / sales tools for account executives

Such as:

?  Brochures

?  Posters

?  Anatomical ModelsWork with outside vendors to have concepts created into marketing tools / promotional piecesContinually proofread and fine tune product proofs to present accurate projects with complex medical textWork alongside internal Art & Medical departments to ensure project specs & deadlines are upheld

 

The right candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Strong MAC or PC proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Quark Xpress*Strong layout skills Excellent research skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environmentGreat verbal and written communication skillsTeam player attitude

 

Candidates with Pharma or Medical Projects in their portfolio are preferred.

Pharma/Medical Advertising knowledge or Illustration skills are a plus!

 

*You may be asked to demonstrate your proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Quark, should you be called in for an interview.  Please do NOT apply for this position if you are not proficient in ALL 4 PROGRAMS.
