Cust Relationship Marketing Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:
Position will oversee all analytics as they pertain to continuity programs, direct mail programs, customer segmentation, migration and retention. Communicates with CRM Marketing team to ensure proper test parameters and targeting criteria. Uses the Market Expert database, its analysis package and excel to analyze the card data. Reports results to A&P US as well as the banners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for all loyalty marketing program analysis, insight and recommendations.
Maintains the integrity of the data in the CRM database.
Maintains administrative maintenance of the CRM database to include user IDs and privileges, new user support, system status, batch schedule status and directory and product group reviews.
Responsible for ensuring timely responses to requests for analysis.
Integrates data from third party resources (ACNielsen, IRI and Spectra) when available and applicable.
Responsible for ensuring proper targeting criteria and test parameters for the CRM Marketing group.
Integrates data from multiple sources of data to create actionable insights


Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in a business discipline, especially Marketing, preferred; MBA highly desirable
Experience with VRMS Market Expert preferred
1 to 3 years direct experience in marketing, preferably in an analytical role
Must have ability to handle a multitude of diverse responsibilities and work independently to achieve desired results; have sound judgment and business sense.
High degree of competency/proficiency in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, and oral/written communication skills; self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
Must be detail and customer service oriented, with a respect for confidentiality
Must be able to present analysis results in a clear and concise manner to various levels of the management team
