Customer Analyst - Room & Board Home Furnishings

Room & Board is an innovative, national home furnishings retailer with expected sales of over $200M this year.  We are searching for a Customer Analyst to join our Brand Experience Team. 

 

The Customer Analyst role is dedicated to deepening our understanding of customer behavior through a blend of leading-edge analytics and finely tuned intuitive senses. Using qualitative and quantitative data collected from various customer touch points, the Customer Analyst will share his or her conclusions with others and collectively engage the organization in the process of strategically defining customer experience/relationship strategies.

 

The successful candidate possesses three to five years of business analysis experience, an excitement for learning and understanding the customer lifecycle along with a passion for design and home furnishings. One must be highly analytical and collaborative and value relationships both internally and externally. Excellent verbal/written communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
