We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to focus on driving customer experiential marketing programs throughout the firm.  This individual will be responsible for managing customer communications and strategically reinforcing consistency across the business sectors.Key responsibilities include:

-Focus on creating a supreme Ryan Beck Customer Experience

-Drive Customer experiential marketing across all lines of business

-Assure consistency among marketing practices and communications

-Develop touchpoints throughout the firm to keep up to date with current business needs

-Support the marketing/strategy needs of internal customers

-Develop and oversee the firm's Customer Communications such as newsletters and new product offering announcements

We are seeking applicants who share our commitment to professionalism and client service, uphold a high ethical standard and are devoted to providing clients with a unique Ryan Beck experience. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor?s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, Media, or Journalism, along with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. In addition, we are seeking an individual who has strong oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, is self-motivated, proactive, and a team player. Experience with database marketing, previous customer service experience, and exposure to a sales force are highly desired.  The ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and to keep sensitive information confidential is crucial to success in this role.  Ability to travel up to 20% required.
