Customer Marketing Program Manager

ShareBuilder Securities Corporation is the nation?s 6th largest online brokerage with more than 1.6 million retail brokerage accounts serving the small investor market.ShareBuilder has an immediate opening for an experienced Marketing professional to manage customer base marketing programs.  This position is part of an exciting, highly visible team that is expanding its direct marketing initiatives.  There is great opportunity to learn and play a key role in increasing customer loyalty.  Reporting to the Director of Customer Base Marketing, this position will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of a wide variety of customer base marketing programs.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  ?  Manage and continually optimize the strategic and tactical elements of a large portfolio of behavioral targeted email campaigns.

?  Develop ad-hoc and seasonal email campaigns targeted at multiple key segments within the ShareBuilder customer base.

  ?  Set creative direction for in-house creative team, including campaign objectives, positioning/messaging and imagery.  Ability to write customer communications, when necessary. 

  ?  Maintain marketing communications calendar.

  ?  Act as primary team representative to various internal departments who rely on email marketing to advance their business needs.

  ?  Manage internal and external resources to ensure that campaigns are executed accurately, effectively, and within budget.

  ?  Work collaboratively with internal groups to identify opportunities to more effectively reach consumers in various high value segments.

  ?  Gain an understanding of internal data structures for segmentation and analysis and a basic knowledge of internal infrastructure to deliver necessary enhancement requests to support marketing campaigns.

  ?  Maintain awareness of email marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations on email optimization tactics and best practices.

 

Requirements include:

 Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years customer relationship marketing experience2+ years experience utilizing outbound email marketing, ideally in a B-to-C environment.Strong understanding of Internet-based consumer behavior and direct marketing principles.Advanced project management skills & experience a mustStrong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing and product solutionsIntermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent multi-tasking and organizational skillsHighly detail oriented thinker Solid problem solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsComfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlinesExceptional work ethic
