Wholesale Mail Solutions, LLC is one of Florida?s fastest growing Direct Mail companies servicing a wide range of automotive clients throughout the United States.  We are seeking up to five highly motivated individuals with advertising agency experience, preferably in automotive advertising, to join our staff.

 

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and should reside in the greater Pompano Beach area. No allowance will be made for relocation.

 

Candidates must be of the highest caliber: extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communicators.  An exciting opportunity with enormous potential for growth exists for a well-organized self starter.  You will work with cutting edge technology and top notch creative in a progressive, stable environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities.  Other duties may be assigned.

 Create job folders for all new job orders Ensure that all job orders contain full information for creative and printing Manage Client schedules and deadlines Maintain telephone contact with client on open ordersReview and seek client approval for each mail piece by the deadlineFollow through all client issues to closure.

 

 

Qualifications and Requirements

 Exceptional oral and written communications skills are a must for the job. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.Ability to manage projects from inception to completion in a deadline-oriented environment. Attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Ability to manage several projects or initiatives in the same time period. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of print and direct mail creative and traffic is desirable.Spanish proficiency a plus.
