Customer Service & Production Coordinator:

 

Quadriga Art is a rapidly growing, multi-national family owned (60 years of experience) and operated marketing company headquartered in New York City.  We run direct response fundraising campaigns for non-profits.  The working environment here is typical of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company; fun, casual, and team-oriented. 

 

We seek an individual to join our international direct mail team as a Customer Service & Production Coordinator to support the International Sales Team. Looking for an efficient, highly organized, friendly, fast learning multi-tasker to help us maintain & grow our business. 

 

Our work is fast-paced, detailed and deadline intensive. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with these characteristics of the business & will work both cooperatively and independently to do what it takes to overcome challenges and make things happen. The specific functions of the position include the following:

 Production  Management & Order Entry:

 

-  Receive and enter orders in our system from the sales team

-  Track day-to-day aspects of dozens of manufacturing projects for some of the world?s most important charities

-  Communicate constantly between clients and internal departments

-  Ensure artwork, copy, revisions, approvals and all necessary materials move smoothly through the production process within set deadlines

-  Anticipate production issues and work with team members to enable successful projects

-  Use the internal company database & Excel spreadsheets to report on the status of ongoing international projects on a weekly basis

 Sales Support/Administration:

 

-  Phone calls with clients and sales team (light correspondence)

-  Gather and send new product samples to clients & sales team members

-  Assist with arrangements for several annual trade shows including registration, deadlines, shipping materials

 

Requirements:

 

-  Superior organization skills, attention to detail & ability to multi-task

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel

-  Strong communication skills

-  A positive attitude

-  College is preferred but not required / High school grad must

- Must be bilingual French/ English
