DIRECTOR INTERNET STRATEGY

The Director of Internet Strategy is responsible for overseeing all digital strategy at our award winning National Integrated Services Agency. Our client list is extensive and prestigious. We are a member of the highly respected Omnicom family!

Working together with the Director of Information Technology, you will conceptualize and develop all internet based projects from inception through design and development. You will be responsible for a team of producers, designers, and developers as well as being liaison to other group leaders. This is a client-facing role so you must be able to support new business/account teams in selling in work and managing senior client relations.

Responsibilities:
? Strategic ideation ? Create high level, brand-relevant strategies that meet client and agency objectives. These should be creative, current, and feasible in all cases.
? Client relations ? Present concepts and maintain high level client relations for the life of each project. Up-sell and cross-sell future opportunities for each client/account.
? Management ? build and maintain all digital team members including hires, terminations, performance evaluations and recommendations for promotion and improvement.
? Financial reporting ? support studio director in creating financial accountability for the group and maintaining profitability.
? Internal Marketing ? Create marketing material, both offline and online, to promote the capabilities of the digital group to both clients and internal teams.


Skills:
? 4+ Years of internet marketing, advertising, or development in a management role
? You must have excellent communication skills with specific regard to management, client relations, and inter-office relations.
? You must be highly creative and able to align strategies with overall brand, client and agency objectives.
? You must have a pulse on the most current internet marketing strategies, technologies, websites, and other critical components of strategic development.
? You need a working knowledge of online technologies in order to coordinate with your team, the IT group and clients.
