This system leadership position is responsible for developing and executing strategic planning activity for the system, hospitals and ambulatory environment. The Director of Strategic Services will lead a staff in supporting the strategic planning processes; creation of business plans; support of marketing research; and tracking and reporting on competitive intelligence. Also manages and develops Strategic Services staff in executing projects and resources to meet organizational needs and works collaboratively with all levels of management and staff throughout the organization.

The position requires 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in health care planning with proven success in business plan development and execution, facilitation of strategic processes, and financial analysis. Prior supervision experience preferred. Master's leveled prepared such as Master's in Business Administration or Master's in Health Care Administration desired.
