osition Title: Direct Marketing Business Intelligence Data Modeling Analyst

We are currently seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst/Modeler. If you love working with data and enjoy finding patterns and trends then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for those experienced in direct marketing AND the applicable statistical analysis skills to perform the following skills for our marketing team:
? Develop and maintain customer segmentation predictive models and profiles
? Develop predictive models to improve cross-category purchases from customers
? Develop predictive models for key customer groups to improve customer retention

Qualifications:

We are looking for folks with AT LEAST the following experience:
? We would certainly prefer an advanced degree ( Masters is ideal ), however we require at least a 4 year degree in marketing, economics or statistics; MBA or MS in applied quantitative or statistical methods is ideal.
? 2 or more years of experience in a direct marketing environment
? A complete knowledge of descriptive and multivariate statistical analysis techniques and applications, database analysis tools and techniques programming in SAS and SQL.
