Data-Entry Coordinator - Marketing

Norwegian Cruise Line, one of the fastest growing cruise lines in the travel industry today, is seeking a highly motivated and entry level marketing coordinator to join our Miami based team.

 

BASIC PURPOSE:

Knowing our customers is key to establishing a loyal relationship.  In this regard, obtaining and maintaining customer information is an integral component of NCL?s successful direct marketing and loyalty programs.  This position will play an important role in ensuring database operations and processes are optimal. Additionally, this role will work closely with other members of the Direct Marketing and Loyalty team to contribute to the overall success in driving business growth.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Manage operations and performance of Data Entry Vendor, including:

o Accuracy of data input

o Meeting deadlines

o Data entry procedures

o Adherence to NCL policies

o Budgeting and invoice management

o Conduct monthly vendor audit

o Enhance training program and deploy same

o Create and maintain vendor scorecard for overall evaluation

o Day to day Database maintenance

 

?  Suggest improvements for operational efficiencies and increased information accuracy

?  Receive, sort, track and facilitate cross-departmental distribution of passenger documents

?  Process new entrants into loyalty program and ensure welcome kits are sent to past passengers.

?  Create controls for on-going monitoring of customer data to ensure accuracy and timely updates.

?  Assist manager with various core database functions and special projects

?  Actively contribute to the overall success of the Direct Marketing and Loyalty team.

 

EDUCATION:

?  College degree preferred
