Database Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Database Coordinator to join us in our Atlanta office.



Responsibilities:
- Develop a working understanding of the firm?s marketing plans and assigned top targets
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of area databases including data input, data clean-up, and data validation
- Respond to requests for ad hoc reports
- Assist in producing weekly proposal activity report for the Vice Chair of Marketing by extracting and cleansing proposal activity data
- Support Events team with mail list creation, mailings, RSVP?s and on-line help
- Assist in the execution of the national plans related to the area proposal tracking tool and initiatives, while accommodating additional needs to the area.
- Assist the Alumni tracking process and related events in tracking system
- Responsible for maintaining data related to target client efforts
- Develop a working knowledge of the following information sources: MicroStrategy, PEAT Financial Database, Standard and Poors, Auditor Trak, and OneSource

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in database management
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from various database sources such as Standard and Poor?s
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word and Intermediate Access, FileMakerPro, and PowerPoint
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Good presentation and training skills
- Ability to speak with various levels of internal customers, from senior partners to entry-level administrative professionals
