Direct Response Marketing Company located in West Los Angeles is looking for a Marketing Database Analyst. We are entrepreneurial, fast-paced, growing, and offer competitive salaries and benefits. 

 

This position is responsible for the maintenance of a comprehensive database containing important customer data, and the analysis of the data for relevant marketing information.  Our ideal candidate can do the following:

 Daily analysis of reports from third party fulfillment centers to determine if all customer orders have been processed.Analyze various marketing programs that have been launched to determine; which programs are making/losing money; which deals are working/not working; and which media is working/not working.Review invoices to ensure no overcharges or under deliveries are occurring.Perform other analysis and create ad hoc reports as necessary.Be a team player with the operations group.

 

Furthermore, our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

 Advanced computer skills, primarily with Excel and Access.  Other database experience and program skills a plus.High School degree required, AA degree desired, BA preferred.Minimum 5+ years progressive analysis experience.Background with direct response company and understanding of continuity marketing programs a plus.Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
