The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.  Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar tools are required, and experience with Access, SQL, and Visio is desired.

 

Responsibilities will include:

? Preparing and processing department purchase orders and managing vendor invoices

? Attending weekly department meetings and preparing project status updates and reports

? Archiving the data drive

? Managing department administrative duties such as completing expense reports, coordinating travel 

  arrangements, and managing the VP's calendar

? Managing assigned projects including database audits

? Providing additional marketing support and assistance for various Production and Creative projects
