Database Marketing Manager

As part of the Marketing Programs Team the Database Program Manager is responsible for the prospect contact strategy and optimization across our enterprise and small-medium business segments. The DBP Manager will work with the segment managers, creative team, database team and sales team to drive demand generation and financial results. Candidate should have expertise in SFA and CRM tools, preferably ONYX and excel in relationship management.

"? Develop quarterly contact strategy plans, segment database and create tailored messages to support demand generation goals.
"? Develop sales tools and templates
"? Lead optimization of contact strategy efforts to support business and budgetary objectives
"? Create campaign tracking and report success metrics and ROI
"? Campaign Management - work with database developer, creative team, and segment managers to ensure quality execution and maintenance of programs
"? Proactively identify database enhancements and tools needed to execute successful programs

Required Skills:
Prerequisites:
"? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
"? 5-7 years in database marketing.
"? Strong proficiency with response analysis and financial metrics.
"? Excellent understanding of marketing communications.
"? Experience marketing to enterprise and small businesses highly preferred.
"? Candidate should be a team player with a customer centric focus.
"? Strong oral and written communications skills.
"? Experience working with outside third party data vendors and list brokers.
"? Knowledge of Excel and Access (formulas, macros, pivot tables, charts, etc).
"? Skilled at the use of marketing reporting applications and campaign management systems (i.e. Onyx, Cognos, Omniture).
