Assignment Capsule
This exciting position within the Direct Response Marketing group will be responsible for:

campaign and trend analyzes, using data from a variety of sources, including our state-of-the-art marketing database

developing profiles of prospects, responders and members across business lines

providing consultative assistance in targeting and implementing successful direct response lead generation campaigns

utilizing statistical modeling techniques to predict response, risk, and/or retention

Role Essentials
The successful candidate should possess a BS in Marketing, Math or Statistics and a minimum of three to five years of related work experience in the following areas:

Strong PC and/or database and mathematical skills, project management ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Strong background in statistics

Strong analytical skills, ability to support multiple priorities and effective communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Access required

Proficient in SPSS

Analytical aptitude; excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate "consumer learning" into actionable marketing recommendations

Role Desirables

Experience using credit and/or attitudinal data

SQL preferred
