General Job Description:

Assist Creative Director in the management of Design departmentSchedule and delegate all design and floorplan projectsCatalog, file and maintain the portfolioConduct performance evaluations for Design department personnelMaintain departmental purchasing and cultivation of vendor supportCommunicate with Design departments company-wideFocus on managing the Design department while performing minimal design work



Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum two to three (2-3) years management experienceExperience or training in one or more of the following areas: Trade show and/or exhibit design, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Graphic Design or Industrial DesignFamiliarity and ability to use Adobe Suite of products, including AutoCAD, Autodesk VIZ or comparable software programsExcellent customer service skills


Work Schedule:

Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Business hours extend into the evenings with weekends and travel required.
