Produce printed materials and simple online courses with accuracy. Understand scope of project and coordinate all aspects under tight deadlines. Coordinate timely printing/distribution of classroom-based materials. Ensure accuracy and consistency throughout large projects. Work with technical support team to diagnose and resolve issues.

2 to 3 years of experience in a publishing/production environment. Ability to work effectively with management and staff. Proven attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure. Demonstrated project management, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Ability to evaluate and solve technology and business problems. In-depth knowledge of desktop publishing software and computer-based production systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with HTML. Strong layout skills.
