Position Scope

 Forms alliances and partnerships both internally and externally to increase Lucas Group?s online brand awarenessPartner with internal businesses to leverage opportunities for email growth and revenue.Manage various web marketing projects from inception to completion.Use traffic tracking applications to monitor user patterns and competitive activity, to analyze sales trends, and to help formulate strategic and effective marketing techniquesManage and advise external vendor partners and agencies to support the site?s overall content development needs and manage the content creation budgetCoordinate the structural design/navigation, development, content management,  functionality, metrics, and meandsurements associated with the site.Continuously benchmark the site against competitor and industry standards to identify opportunities for site enhancementEnsure that program maintains highest standard of compliance to privacy and legal guidelines.Lead program with a disciplined direct marketing approach that includes as a basis: testing, segmentation and targeting.Develop new approaches to grow the email program.Work with merchant business partners to plan, candidate and implement offers/products for promotional emails around key events. Manage development of new transactional emails and manage marketing space in transactional emails.Management of external vendor relationships (e.g. agency team, email vendor.Identify and execute ideas/tests to grow ecommerce businessUpdate, add and market e-commerce site content.

External Relationships:Advertising Agency, Job Boards, Online Subscriptions

 

Education Requirements:Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4 years experience in marketing.

 

Experience Requirements:4-5 years online marketing experience required
