Direct Mail Production Specialist

The Komen Foundation is currently seeking to fill the position of Direct Mail Production Specialist.  The primary responsibility of this function is to coordinate the daily operations for the Foundation's annual direct mail marketing campaigns.

Other major responsibilities include monitoring external vendor integration and performance, guiding internal approval process for campaign package acceptance, and escalating recommendations/comments, and implements the direct marketing program to ensure campaign growth and increased revenue.

Qualifications:

-College Degree or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years of non-profit fundraising experience to include direct mail, fulfillment, and fundraising.

-Knowledge of database marketing principles, techniques and processes, and ability to apply marketing strategies to achieve desired results.

-Effective interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach to successfully coordinate a wide variety of internal and external audiences.

-Minimal travel (2-3 times/year).

-Detailed-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.
