Direct Marketing Account Management Opportunities
Wilde Direct is a growing direct marketing agency in Holliston, MA, which is a division of W.A. Wilde Company. Our success has created additional opportunities. We are currently looking for entrepreneurial-minded account service professionals to join our team.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
The role of the Account Executive is to provide day-to-day management of assigned accounts. The position requires an entrepreneurial mind set given the dynamic environment of Wilde Direct. In many cases the Account Executive will be the primary client contact and be required to assess needs and facilitate the development and execution of agreed upon deliverables tied to individual programs and campaigns. The Account Executive will also be the primary facilitator for various internal departments? participation in a given client?s program or campaign. The Account Executive must be pro active in terms of:
? Establishing and building rapport through in-depth knowledge of the services Wilde Direct provides as they relate to specific client programs/campaigns
? Managing the details and knowing the status of all client programs/campaign deliverables
? Making sure that all Wilde Direct quality and process procedures are being followed correctly
? Assist Account Supervisor with strategy briefs and documents
Qualifications/Skills Requirements
? Approximately 4+ years? experience in a direct marketing agency environment
? Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
? Success in developing and nurturing client and internal team relationships
? Solid knowledge and experience in managing direct marketing programs; including strategy development, creative, production, and results analysis
? Solid analytical abilities; both quantitative and qualitative
? Experience in competitive and industry research
ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
The role of the Account Supervisor is one of management and leadership. It also requires an entrepreneurial mind set given the dynamic environment of Wilde Direct. In part leadership means taking ?ownership? of the accounts both externally (in terms of the client relationship) and internally (in terms of effectively managing the cross-functional team). The Account Supervisor must be pro active in terms of:
? effectively ascertaining client campaign/program objectives/goals
? facilitating the overall development of strategy
? guiding the account executive(s) in on-going program execution and management
? identifying and exploiting growth opportunities within existing client relationships
? managing clients? budgets in a fiscally responsible manner
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
? Approximately 8+ years? experience in a direct marketing agency environment
? Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude
? Solid, demonstrated knowledge managing end-to-end direct marketing programs, including: strategy development, modeling/profiling, lists, creative, production, results analysis, and various direct marketing media (such as direct mail, email, Internet, print)
? Sound analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
? Success developing and managing client relationships, including senior-level and junior-level contacts
? Experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer accounts
? Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications
? Supervisory experience: preferably managing 2-3 individuals at one time
