Direct Marketing Manager - Livermore, CA (#06381)

We are currentl seeking a Direct Marketing Manager for our Livermore, CA location. This postion will coordinate and execute successful new direct marketing campaigns and product/service promotions through developing, managing and executing all campaign details, including selecting appropriate communication vehicles for each program, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met, driving content and delivering complete campaign metrics analysis.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

o Strategic planning and implementation of integrated direct marketing programs, including campaigns for lead-generation, brand building, driving attendance and various employee programs
o Drive day-to-day activities such as writing creative briefs, managing internal and external creative resources
o Deliver complete campaign analysis, including calculating the return on investment of direct marketing programs
o Project management, including driving content, securing creative resources and ensuring successful production for direct marketing programs
o Develop effective direct marketing deliverables to support segment and product marketing campaigns and project manage the process through delivery
o Drive all project tasks and objectives across various departments including IT services, marketing peer groups, administration, and outside agencies ensuring projects are completed on time with high quality
o Support the marketing communications organization with necessary tactical help on major marketing programs

Education & Experience:

Key Selection Criteria
o Bachelor's or other four-year degree, preferred degree in business administration, communications, or marketing
o Minimum of four (4) years experience within a marketing communications department and/or agency with direct responsibilities related to the position
o Must present proof of excellent written, verbal, and graphic communications skills
o Understands the pros and cons of various marketing vehicles including optimizing use of direct mail, collateral, web, and sales tools for each program developed
o Previous experience selling, implementing or marketing ERP, CRM, supply chain or distribution applications is highly preferred
o Position requires a highly energetic person with a positive attitude that is driven, creative and resourceful in achieving results
o Self-motivated, self-starter, goal-oriented, high enthusiasm
o Ability to implement processes and drive programs from beginning to end
o Exceptional attention to detail
o High ethics and integrity
o Ability to deal with constant change and many project revisions
o Productive under pressure
o Excellent communication and collaborative interpersonal skills
o Is open to 10-20% travel
