Direct Marketing Specialist - Lexington, MA

You're organized, driven and creative in your approach to marketing strategy. You could be the next Direct Marketing Specialist for VistaPrint. You will play a critical role in VistaPrint's US retention marketing team. You will lead direct mail and catalog campaigns, from strategic planning through execution and production management. You will also assist in the execution of other key channels including acquisition direct marketing, international direct marketing, sample kits, and box inserts as necessary.

You will collaborate in customer segmentation and test plan development. In addition, you'll work with creative teams to ensure that pieces have customer appeal, while also meeting all VistaPrint's branding guidelines and legal requirements. You will document and manage direct marketing campaigns, including creative briefs, test matrices, production matrices, and projected conversion rates and revenue. In coordinating with our QA team, and in monitoring daily, weekly, cumulative reports, attention to deadlines and details will be a high priority.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technology related field, plus 3-5 years of marketing experience, specifically with direct mail and catalog marketing. Agency experience is a plus, as is knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
