Role: Direct Response Database Marketing Analyst
Location: Louisville, KY

Assignment Capsule
This new position within the Direct Response Marketing group will be responsible for:
providing in depth response, sales and data analyses for multiple direct response media, including direct mail, telemarketing, and TV.
campaign setup and execution using our state-of-the-art marketing database.
provide consultative assistance in targeting and implementing successful direct response lead generation opportunities as well as working with member retention initiatives, including the Humana Active Outlook program
Work with external clients to ensure database tracks and measures activity according to program specifications

Role Essentials
The successful candidate should possess a BS in Marketing, Math or Statistics and a minimum of three years of related work experience in the following areas:
Strong PC and/or database and mathematical skills, project management ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, ability to support multiple priorities and effective communication skills.
Working knowledge of SPSS or SAS
Proficiency in Excel required Analytical aptitude; excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate "consumer learning" into actionable marketing recommendations
Role Desirables
Epiphany experience is a plus
Access and/or Oracle SQL preferred
