Director, Client Development

Millward Brown is seeking a Director, Client Development for the IntelliQuest CIMS research team for the Eastern and Midwestern US Regions. The position will be based in New York City. The individual will play a critical role in new client development as well as providing client service to maintain a current client base.  Additionally, they will be responsible for sales prospecting, and data queries and analysis to support their sales initiatives.

 

Qualified candidates are required to have the following background and skill set:

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record, solid business development skills, media research experience. The individual should be able to quickly build confidence with clients and deliver concise and convincing information regarding the Millward Brown Syndicated offering.  They will also possess:

 

? 5+ years  experience - working in the media, advertising, marketing research industries, or on the research supplier/vendor side a plus

? 3+ years sales/client development experience necessary, additional client service experience a plus

? Ability to analyze syndicated data for sales strategies

? Good written and oral presentation skills

? Superior custom service

? Strong self motivation

? Experience running syndicated data using an electronic provider such as IMS, New Age or Telmar
