Director, Client Reporting

This position is responsible for leading a team in coordination, generation, and validation of standardized and ad hoc client reports, including, but not limited to: Campaign Performance, Active Members, Cancel Rates and Reasons, Call Center metrics, Billing Statistics, and Operational Reporting.


- Create and automate templates for new and existing client reports and format to meet client specific needs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Participate in client meetings regarding reporting as needed.
- Manage all client audit requests.
- Work with the BI team to migrate reporting into the unified Cognos platform and train others on how to use and understand the readily available information.
- Understand corporate wide measures and business rules, so as to be able to identify discrepancies and track down variances.
- Research business drivers of fluctuations in reporting results.

 

Requirements

- 5+ yrs exp with Client Reporting/Metrics
- BS, Marketing, Business or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including macros and pivot tables), Access (queries and macros), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Oracle Discoverer, Cognos, Brio preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and interdepartmentally.
- Experience supervising others
- Effectively communicate analysis to account management teams
