Director, Clinical Program Development

Responsible for leading the strategy and development of new clinical programs and services by leveraging internal and external programs.  Project champion: responsible for new programs and services, from idea generation through roll-out. Conceptualize, research, target, develop, test and roll-out new clinical programs and services. Manage multiple and/or complex project plans to ensure that development initiatives stay on course and on time. Direct product, market and customer research to qualify program development ideas and quantify business opportunity. Create and manage project plans and development budgets for multiple initiatives. Organize and lead multi-departmental work teams to design and implement new programs and services. Work with actuarial to design cost and pricing models that maximize cost containment of the clinical programs. Work with Leadership, to create member communication materials, as well as launch strategies.



Minimum of 8-10 years in health industry, including population health management, health education, wellness programs and community and population health

Minimum 5 years experience managing large projects and/or leading multi-departmental workgroups

3-5 years leadership and management experience in an organization that serves the elder population

Working knowledge and experience in cross-funcitonal business segments and their integrated influences and relationships

Proven success leading multi-departmental teams and large projects

Excellent team leadership and strong project management skills, proficient computer skills and good writing skills 

Shold possess strongcommunication and organization skills

Ability to elicit and facilitate organizational buy-in

Able to work with and communicate with all levels of the organization

High energy, detail-oriented individual whos is adaptable to change and requires minimal direction

A Bachelors degree with 7-10 years experience in healthcare preferred.
