As a senior leader on the Strategy and Customer Insights team, he or she effectively leads cross-functional teams, drives customer centric change, coaches and mentors colleagues, and influences stakeholders across the company. Candidates must be experienced in identifying and analyzing customer/market opportunities, pragmatic program development, and developing robust business plans. In addition, this role requires a person that is willing to challenge the status and that has a track record of delivering timely results.
