Assist in the development of and execution of annual and quarterly executive communications strategies and plans
Write and edit speeches, presentations and talking points for the CEO and other senior executives including strategic platform and canned presentations
Identify and provide recommendations on strategic opportunities for public and special appearances by senior leadership team at high-profile/visibility forums
Establish and maintain company speakers bureau
Develop supplemental communications materials to support the executive communications plan. there materials may include scripts for voicemails, teleprompts, position statements, op/ed pieces, and executive correspondence
Collateral materials such as executive briefing books, research summaries, etc. will be developed in a consistent and professional manner
Serve as liaison and maintain relationship with business unit communications team to ensure consistent corporate messaging throughout organization
10 years demonstrated communications and prior experience within financial services or related industry
Well-versed in integrated marketing and communications, brand-building and corporate image management
Strategic insight, strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent writing, communication and speaking skills
Flexible,with strong attention to detail, delegation and decision-making
