Position:  Director, Marketing Division Office (Flower Mound)

 

Responsibilities:

 

Develops and implements marketing strategy for new subscriber acquisition, retention, maintenance and new service launches.  Researches, analyzes, and updates marketing sales data in creating and maintaining promotional  strategies.  Provides information, training, enhances enthusiasm and motivation related to sales activities and customer relations.  Works with other departments to enhance product knowledge and sales retention.  Handles pay-per-view function including campaign/event implementation, instructional memos, premium fulfillment, and new service launches.  Campaign analysis and tracking for all marketing efforts utilizing appropriate billing system and software.  Selection and maintenance of on-going advertising efforts including bill inserts, on-hold messages, monthly guide, and maintenance media and cross channel.  Utilizes co-op or other auxiliary efforts to promote cable television services.  Coordination of third party in-house sales efforts such as mail house interaction, telemarketing and direct sales.  Travel to system location(s) to launch marketing campaigns/activities.  Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 

Education:

Four year college degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred.  Marketing/advertising experience required.  Two years hands-on experience in cable system marketing management preferred.
