We are looking for a Director of Online Platform to join our Marketing team. The Director of Online Platform will continue to build Pri-Med Online as a premier CME site for physicians. This requires a deep understanding of doctors, commercial supporters, as well as a profound understanding of on-line competitors.  S/he will manage all cross-product/cross-content features and functions on the site (e.g. site registration, registration for live events, and credit redemption). The Director of Online Platform will ensure that IT and outside vendors build what was scoped, through requirements management and user acceptance testing. This position is responsible for overall company communications on status of functionality releases and go live dates. S/he will leverage web trends and other analytics to understand performance and continual improvements. S/he will manage the user experience to be best-in-class across all our constituents and ensure the Pri-Med brand is expressed online, acting as the main point of contact and the resident expert for all online activity.

The successful candidate will have a BS/BA; MBA a plus but not required and seven plus years in the online space, preferably with experience in educational forum. Experience with the software development lifecycle and best practices is preferred.  Project management within n-tier architectures is a must as well as demonstrated experience positioning an online product.  The ability to work closely with technology developers and vendors, user experience staff/designers, and editorial is required.
