Position Description:

The successful candidate will focus on the following objectives:

? Develop and execute strategic plan for the Diagnostic Enterprise (core lab, AP, molecular, outreach) for rapid growth
? Justify & Grow Diagnostic Enterprise team (2 today) to be 3+ based on topline growth commitments in the 3 year plan
? Develop direct reports to be "voice of the market" trusted experts in product management for Misys
? Develop, Drive and Lead to the 3 year target position in Diagnostic Enterprise

Qualifications:

? Extensive Upstream (strategic) product management experience (global preferred)
? 7+ healthcare product management experience (healthcare information systems preferred).
? Proven leadership experience, direct reports
? Execution skills / results -focus
