This marketing position supports key business objectives and goals by developing annual marketing strategies, objectives and plans for new and existing programs and initiatives. Responsible for ensuring that integrated marketing plans are developed across all marketing disciplines in support of business objectives / priorities. Ensures that integrated marketing plans are on strategy, well documented and communicated regularly to all key stakeholders. Primary point of contact for the Product Office into the Marketing organization. This position is responsible for developing and managing productive, effective and collaborative relationships internally and externally. Works collaboratively with Marketing Communications to develop strategic briefs to ensure programs are on strategy and budget. Responsible for budget tracking, planning and forecasting including business case justification and ROI for programs.
REQUIREMENTS: Position requires 10-12 years marketing strategy or program development experience. Proven track record in delivering successful marketing programs. Four-year college degree required. MBA preferred. Demonstrated track record of developing marketing strategies with measurable business results. Demonstrates leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management skills, a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving marketing plans. Strong communication and project management skills, creative and strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to analyze and summarize program data and results.
