Position Title: Director, Promotions Marketing

Department: Neopets Promotions Marketing

Supervisor?s Title: Vice President, Marketing and Operations

Direct Reports: 4

 

Overall Responsibilities:

?  Oversee the management, development and execution of all marketing programs to maximize ad revenue goals, and meet promotional revenue goals and budget projections.

?  Service, support, and collaborate with all MTVN ad sales offices to help generate incremental revenue from existing business accounts.

?  Manage the marketing relationship between Neopets and existing advertisers.

 

Specific Duties:

?  Oversee all aspects of the ideation, creation, execution and fulfillment of marketing programs.

?  Develop promotional opportunities for Ad Sales and other lines of business to support revenue goals.

?  Support Ad Sales by:

-  Attending sales calls and presenting Neopets customized marketing opportunities.

-  Development of all ad sales materials including presentations, one-sheets, sales tapes, etc.

-  Working with VP Production and Creative Director to create and/or amend sponsorship opportunities.

?  Supervise and oversee the drafting and implementation of all contracts, letters of agreement, materials, scripts, and the editing & approval process for all partner creative.

?  Oversee existing client relationships and drive the follow up for future marketing programs e.g., understand clients? business priorities and timelines in order to proactively set up marketing presentations with ad sales.

?  Create partner support for strategic programming priorities (key Neopets tentpole events) and/or ancillary businesses.

?  Direct and oversee all aspects of promotion development and execution working with internal and external partners. 

?  Act as a liaison between Neopets Promotions Marketing and other internal departments including Nickelodeon Promotions Marketing for all promotions.  Enhance and build relationships with key project contacts both at Neopets and Nickelodeon in Creative, Operations, Standards, Legal, Magazine and Online that enhance open communication and a smooth creative process.

?  Attend and represent Neopets at key industry events to help drive ad sales business e.g., Toy Fair, Licensing Show, Candy Show, various conferences etc.

?  Day to day management of 4-person promotion marketing group. Management of projects, work flow, clients, and career growth and training.

Education:

?  B.A. Degree (business or marketing concentration preferred)

?  Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
