Director / VP – Branch Sales Division

Emser Tile and Natural Stone, the leading importer / distributor of artisan ceramic tile and natural stone building and flooring products, seeks a VP / Director to develop and drive our Branch Sales Division. This position is an executive level management role.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow market share of our wholesale Branch division
Drive new Branch roll-out programs to ensure expansion plans meet deadlines and budget
Personally build and maintain direct relationships with key Branch accounts?
?Manage regional management staff and partner with functional support groups to maximize Branch performance

Experience and Skills:

Successful history in overseeing a geographically diverse multi-location sales and service operation
Past Divisional or Regional business unit responsibility, including full P&L accountability
Proven track record in growing market share in existing and emerging markets
Knowledge of the tile/flooring or commercial industry a plus
