Director / VP - Mass Merchant Division


Emser Tile and Natural Stone, the leading importer / distributor of artisan ceramic tile and natural stone building and flooring products, seeks a Vice President to develop and drive our Mass Merchant business division. This position is an executive level management role located in LOS ANGELES, CA and will guide our Sales teams in the Mass Merchant space.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow market share of our Mass Merchant segment (including Big Box Retailers)
Personally build and maintain direct relationships with key Mass Merchant accounts
Development of product and merchandising programs and pricing for customers
Provide day-to-day leadership for the Sales Team in multi-location environment

Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:

Successful history in selling and servicing Mass Merchant clients
Past Divisional or Regional business unit responsibility, including full P&L accountability
Proven track record in growing market share in existing and emerging markets
Knowledge of the tile/flooring or commercial industry a plus

Successful candidates will thrive in busy environment, be highly organized and goal oriented.
