Director of Communication

In this key position, you will develop and deliver a MarCom strategy utilizing website, internet and email technologies to support the objectives of Caron Treatment Centers. You will communicate critical elements with key stakeholders, both internally and externally; manage agency relationships; ensure projects are completed as planned; implement tracking and analysis methods to increase ROI; and develop and manage department budget.  Ideal candidate will possess a min. of 3 years management experience, with proven eMarketing and communications results.  Bachelor?s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing required (Master?s preferred).  Must have strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills, independent thinking and decision-making abilities; demonstrated public speaking skills; and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
