Director of Marketing

We are looking for a Director, Marketing/Brand Management to join our team!  This individual is responsible for marketing and brand management including the development and management of marketing strategy for all MHA's companies.  This includes the marketing strategy both online and offline to enhance supply,branding strategy and image development, management of advertising and promotions, direct marketing campaigns, branding and image development and print production.  The Director of Marketing oversees direct marketing strategies for new business and retention, supports client marketing programs and internal communications.

 

Functions & Responsibilities:Develops strategic direction for brand refinement an dongoing brand management for all MHA brands Develops brand-specific marketing plans based on customer research and funding, brand objectives and best practices.  Manages brand/image development and graphic standards Develops and maintains marketing collateral materials and other collateral as needed Oversees all print production process, develops and maintains print budges and manages vendor relationships Provides direction for Internet marketing strategies and operations for MHA companies Collaborates with the Market Research department to plan nad direct research on future branding activities and supply initiatives Identifies new supply acquisition opportunities with consideration of current and future markeitng mix, leveraging new tools and industry best practices Works with VPs & EVPs to identify new market opportunities

Skills, Knowledge & Ability:Must possess strong project management skills and excellent copywriting and editing skills Strong negotiation skills and experience in working with vendors, independent contractors and graphics agencies Knowledge of market research, analytics and experience in evaluating data to enhance decision-making Proven ability in planning and managing budgets

Education:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field MBA preferred

Experience:Minimum of 7 years experience in Marketing field, prefer at least 2 years at a Director level Minimum 3 years management experience Prior experience in brand development, market research and internet marketing
