POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible generating growth through the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for specific brands, namely our Window Mural Collection. This category features an impressive array of licensed images, beautifully reproduced on child-safe faux wood blinds.Our licensing partners include The Walt Disney Company, Major League Baseball, The NBA, the Lucas Films Starwars Collection, Eddie Bauer, Christopher Lowel, and Marvel, to name a few. Activities will include leading the execution of product introductions, cross promotions, advertising, special events, sales contests, and for providing analytical support in the areas of trend, sales and financial analysis. The Director of Partner Marketing reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
KEY FUNTIONS:
? Champion category growth through the building of successful partnerships with upper management, marketing and development teams, as well as business partners.
? Develop and oversee the successful execution of effective and efficient promotion programs, including overall marketing plans, strategies, communications, and introduction schedules.
? Product forecasting and budgets.
? Conduct complete quantitative analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs. Translate learning?s into business initiatives to help grow the business.
? Assist with design to maximize the Brand?s communication and impact.
? Contribute to the development of superior advertising and media plans.
? Evaluate and recommend changes to the Brand portfolio; Identify and champion new product opportunities to contribute to growth.

MARKETING EXPERT: Has a thorough understanding of the principles of consumer goods marketing; consumer insight, product development, product strategy and positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising, and research. Able to develop integrated marketing plans that are consistent with Brand strategy and objectives. Understands how each marketing variable impacts volume and profit.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required, MBA a plus
? 5+ years consumer product marketing experience (2+ years post MBA)
? Strong leadership, creativity, attention to detail and high organizational skills.
? Excellent written and oral communication and team management skills.
