Documentation Specialist

Position Description: As a Documentation Specialist, the primary duties will include generating, editing, formatting, amending and auditing the content and language required for client plan documents. Additional responsibilities include developing, organizing, maintaining and editing documentation for the Online Claims Look-up system and on the internal Document Management system as well as generating and maintaining other documentation as requested, i.e. letters, brochures, matrices, and forms.

Position Requirements:

The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelors degree in Technical Communication or related field, advanced Microsoft word skills, Adobe Acrobat skills and a working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Access, Outlook and Publisher. The position also requires strong organization skills, multi-tasking, accuracy, the ability to work with deadlines and the ability to provide internal and external customer service. Prior TPA experience is a plus.
