Job Description For Drawing and Fulfillment Assistant Mgr

 

 

The Purchasing and Fulfillment Assistant will work in tandem with the Purchasing and Fulfillment Manager to perform all duties required to conduct all lottery drawings and fulfill  merchandise to be awarded to the winners of such lottery drawings.

 

The duties to be performed by the Assistant will include, but are not limited to, the following:

 I. Game Drawings

1. When required, procure mailboxes for the receipt of drawing entries.  Arrange for delivery of all mail to MDI or other drawing location as required.

2. Conduct lottery drawings as required according to game procedures dictated by the state lotteries.

 

II.  Drawing Processing:

1.    Process winning entries for drawings, or list of winners supplied by lottery.

2.    Import and process data file of winners from data input house (when applicable).

3.    Complete any other processing required to prepare data for export.

4.    Enter all pertinent information of data input, importing and exporting in monthly

  Summary Reports.

 

II.  Fulfillment

1. Create and export data file of winners to fulfillment house for merchandise fulfillment.

2. Enter all pertinent information of merchandise fulfillment in monthly Summary Reports.

 

 

 

The Assistant Manager will also be required to perform other, job related, miscellaneous duties as mandated by the Purchasing and Fulfillment Manager.

 

 

Job skills required include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel including the creation and use of macros, formulas and database queries as well as importing and exporting data to and from dbase IV databases.  A knowledge of Fox Pro is helpful but not mandatory.
