E-Commerce Manager

We currently have an exciting new position for a E-Commerce Manager. The purpose of the Manager of E-Commerce Technology is to lead and manage the Information Technology segment of the online business for Tofasco and its four divisions, and to provide leadership for the development and implementation of e-commerce platform architecture and configuration to ensure maximized sales and profit. This position is located out of our corporate office in La Verne, CA.

 

Responsibilities:Provide leadership for the development and implementation of an e-commerce business Work closely with the VP of Operations to formulate e-commerce business strategies that translate to site functionality Work with internal stakeholders and external development partners to ensure that the Web applications and architecture meet business strategy parameters and end user needs Direct policy and process development to support the applications on an ongoing basis Collaborate with other departments to determine specific requirements and objectives for the website and translate them to technical actions Enhance e-business results through effective team leadership and complex problem solving

 Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience leading/managing an online business segment Bachelor's degree Experience with multiple types of software: database, development, design, inventory, and project management Ability to work independently and as a team leader to manage multiple concurrent projects Excellent PC skills a must - Microsoft Office and Internet skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
