E-Commerce Operations Associate

We are the largest independent tester of consumer products and services in the United States. We have an outstanding opportunity for a E-Commerce Operations Associate in our Consumer Marketing Group. There are a lot of exciting changes in this area and we are looking for the right candidate to come in on the ground level for a position that offers growth potential.

This position will perform a variety of e-commerce activities and will help convert an external vendor system to an in-house system. Responsibilities will include:

* Set-up of all existing offers for all online products and any new products in the future

* Validation of data from existing fulfillment house and monitoring of file transmissions

* Assist with monthly reporting on all marketing activity

* Act as liaison between IT and marketing in implementation and production,

* Track, monitor and report on all metrics as required by marketing department

* Monitor renewal counts

* Make database selections

Required Skills:
Candidate must be a college graduate. Experience in e-commerce systems and/or marketing systems preferred. Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills. Self-starter and self-disciplined with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented with a high level of organization skills. Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel, Access a plus. Must be tech savvy with excellent follow-through skills.
