E-Commerce Senior Marketing Manager

Essential Functions:
1.Develop and execute strategy for all internet marketing efforts at fast-growing multichannel retailer.
? Create sales and expense budget, and maintain forecast
? Grow online sales and profits, focus on greatest ROI
? Create and manage strategic partnerships
? Set strategy for email, affiliate, search programs
? Hire and manage internet marketing analyst
? Report to senior management and work across functions

Essential Qualification:
1. Bachelor?s Degree in e-Commerce or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
2. 5-7 years of e-commerce experience
3. Ability in building a profitable e-commerce site with sales greater than $50 million
4. Must have experience with email marketing
5. Must have experience with large scale internet business
