ENTRY-LEVEL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
All Star Executive, Inc. is a local Promotional Advertising Firm in Indianapolis. We provide essential promotional advertising services to our local sports teams, restaurants, resorts and charity clients.
We pride our-self in developing well-executed, result-oriented, promotional advertising campaigns for our clients. Our personal direct sales and marketing approach to conducting business has become the foundation of our company?s success and growth for the past 2 years.
With new clientele, we are looking to expand our office staff. We are in need for 8 individuals to complete our management-training program. Theses openings provide future leadership to All Star Executive.
We offer a comprehensive, very intense training program where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas:MarketingSalesFinanceRecruitingAccount CoordinationPublic RelationsPublic SpeakingTeam ManagementStrategic Planning Promotions
DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETING PLANS
As a manager trainee, the right candidates will begin learning all of the ground level, day-to-day operations. Such as Campaign Management and our direct sales and marketing approach. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and loses, teaching and interviewing, overseeing promotions and managing a portfolio of established clients. Manager trainees will also provide daily support to the training and campaign managers. When training is complete these new managers will have the opportunity to manage one of our branch offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates, or individuals looking for a career change.
