ENTRY LEVEL START SALES AND MARKETING CAREER

Pereira Marketing is now offering positions at the ENTRY LEVEL for SALES and MARKETING.

Pereira Marketing is a marketing, sales, client acquisitions firm that does things a little unconventionally.  We DO NOT DO telemarketing, graphic design, work from home, IT or investment based opportunities. 

 

We do offer Account Manager positions.  All of them start at the entry-level and we offer full training (no extensive reading of manuals or long boring videos required). 

 

We strive everyday to make our company the most competitive and dynamic marketing company in the nation.  So far we have achieved this goal at least partially in a few different ways:

 

First we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to both our clients and their customers.  We have logged many hours refining and improving the methods that we reach out to our client?s customers which include:

 Improving Customer Loyalty (market leaders are companies with the strongest customer loyalty)Increasing Mindshare (the amount of time your customers spend thinking about your company and it's products and services).Building awareness & demand for new products & services.Identifying new market opportunities for our client's products and services.Negotiation of contracts and services.On-site presentations with small to mid size business owners.

 

Second, we provide the best training possible for our employees.  We encourage our employees to participate in the growth of our company and have established positions in management for those of our employees that want to make this job their career.  We also provide pay based on performance .

 

Third we do not believe that one office can cater to the demands of our growing client roster therefore we started an expansion effort into the rest of the United States.  This expansion will eventualy grow to encompass offices all over the world.

 

This position involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects.

 

We are not looking for any specific degrees.  So if you are a history, human resources, psychology, or no major you should apply if this is an area of interest. Written and oral communications skills and a background in customer service are important.
