Primary Duties
E-commerce Account Executives main focus is on selling. As an E-commerce Account Executive will have the opportunity to be promoted into sales management positions as the business grows.
Engage prospects and repeat-customers who are visiting our website.
Maintain our online E-commerce store by ?stocking? product, generating reports and projections, engaging customers, and monitoring customer feedback.
Close deals and get orders. Meet goals.
Be a ?trusted resource? to our customers by becoming technically competent in the product knowledge.
Productively and collaboratively work with our Production and Marketing teams to ensure the customer gets a very memorable experience.

Key Accountabilities
Meet or exceed established goals for ebay listings, sales volume, follow-ups, engagements, documentation, and all other measurable and assigned tasks.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
Extroverted; must have strong communication skills, both email and phone (This is a 100% inside sales position).
Previous sales experience required (1+year) preferably in a retail or automotive setting.
Fast learner, as you will be required to learn our product knowledge.
Computer Literacy with Internet and office applications.
Willingness to listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.

Compensation

? Base salary of $20,800/year

? Bonus compensation package based on sales goal attainment.  Expected first year compensation is $40,000 - $57,000.
