Education Coordinator

Our company is a leader in the nutritional/homeopathic field. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual (with 1 or 2 years experience) to join our Seminar Marketing & Development Department in our Irvine corporate office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for marketing by HEAVY outbound telephone calls and mail, contacting clients for follow-up, customer service, client relations, and maintaining relationships with our current clients, as well as building rapport with potential clients.

You will be responsible for providing seminar information via telephone, fax and email at clients' request; contacting clients in advance to remind them of upcoming seminars in their area; general office duties, including making copies, compiling logs, putting together seminar info packs, etc.

Successful candidates will have:

* 2-4 yrs customer service experience including outbound calling, pursuing a career in Marketing

* Ability to multi-task and manage priorities a must

* Experience scheduling appointments with customers

* Intermediate computer and internet skills

* Excellent communication skills with a professional phone demeanor

* Team work oriented, willing to jump in and help others

* Ability to work effectively with all levels of management

* Healthcare and or Medical experience a plus, but NOT required

* Inside sales experience is a plus, but NOT required
